"We don't have a PowerPoint or a booklet that you are given when you get into the industry. It really is like, you got to figure it out for yourself. And for me, I got in I was 19 - so imagine me young, naive, vulnerable, I had no clue. And I truly had to figure it all out on my own. So to be kind of that person to be like, 'Hey, this is what we do. This is how you do it,' I'm more than happy to do that just to save other people time like pain in their life, trying to figure it out the hard way, you know?"
